My salute to 21 Seasoning Salute

A great salt-free seasoning!

I’ve had this spice sitting on my shelf for a few weeks. I purchased it from Trader Joe’s because the ingredients looked tasty, and I was enticed by the “no salt” feature. I didn’t take the plunge until the other day. I still had some Spicy Spaghetti Squash in the fridge, and thought I’d grill up a fresh chicken breast and try them out together.

I did, and I loved it! I actually put a bit too much on my chicken, but the flavor wasn’t overpowering, just a bit crunchy. I grilled the chicken, then cut it all up and put it together with some reheated Spicy Spaghetti Squash. I washed it down with a tall glass of coconut milk – a perfect compliment to the spiciness of the squash! I devoured every bite!

Happy eating! Joey

It tasted better than it looked!

  1. That would be awesome! Although this seasoning consists of 21 herbs, my favorite part is the celery flavor in it, if that helps! It’s just delicious and you really can’t overdo it because none of the flavors are very heavy. I’m about to have some of that chicken leftover on my salad for lunch today…

  2. It’s become our new staple for chicken. I almost freaked out when I ran out the other day while cooking chicken, so I bought 2 more the next time I was at TJ’s :)
