Sleep Love Eat

{PaleoGirls wants to know YOU!}

I would like to get something off my chest. Do you mind?

I am a gossip.

Wait. Let me rephrase.

I am a gossip collector.

Ooh – or an “information seeker.” Is that better? Can I add that to my resume? Hmm…

And I confess, it’s for completely selfish reasons. I just like to know things. People intrigue me. At restaurants, I will often miss something my husband is saying because there’s a juicy conversation going on at the table behind me. (Sorry babe!). So now, it’s time for me to get my fix… to get to know you, my lovely readers. Would you indulge me? Pretty please? With sugar coconut flakes on top?

Besides just satisfying my curiosity, I really want to know more about you so that I can keep this blog relevant. I would be so very honored if you would take a few minutes (it shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to complete, I’m guessing) to complete my online survey. It’s anonymous, so no judging here. And please forgive the intermittent advertisements… just trying to save a buck or two :)

    Hi Joey,
    I just started the paleo lifestyle and I am almost finished with week 2! I love it. Absolutely having the time of my life with my food. I love your recipes, because I wasn’t sure how to pair my foods or how much of each food group to use. At the beginning I was a little shaky about the idea that I could actually eat red meat and not blow up, but i have tried it and I am doing fine. I love your blog and any tips or tricks you can give me would be fabulous! I am trying very hard to loose weight : )
